Hays are supporting a charity based in north Bristol recruiting a permanent 3rd line IT engineer. The role is paying a salary up to £38,000pa depending on experience and offers hybrid flexible working, typically two days on site.

Your new role & w hat you'll need to succeed

In the role, you will join the team responsible for managing a secure, stable and available IT infrastructure. You will act as an escalation point for the 1st and 2nd line engineers and be involved in working on interesting project-based IT work. To be considered for this role you will need experience in a similar 2nd / 3rd line IT support role with some project-based exposure. You will need goodmunication skills and be able to deal with stakeholders at different levels of IT ability.
