As our 5S Specialist you will lead the implementation and sustainment of 5S and visual workplace standards across the Cambridge Components facility to support safe, efficient, and well organized operations. The role drives employee engagement in workplace organization and continuous improvement practices that enhance operational performance and standardization.

Your Day to Day as our 5S Specialist
- Establish and implement workplace organization standards across the facility
- Lead the implementation of 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) within production and support areas.
- Develop and implement workplace organization standards that support safe, efficient, and visually managed work environments.
