We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Intelligence Analyst to join our global IT training organisation on a 6-month contract basis. This role will support the Data Team by transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the business.
The successful candidate will work closely with global stakeholders to analyse data trends, build dashboards, and provide insight that supports growth, customer engagement, and training outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyse large and complex datasets from multiple sources
- Develop, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports to track key business and performance metrics
- Partner with the Data Team and cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product) to understand reporting needs
