Job Description
Southwestern University PHINMA is looking for a new Academic Secretary to serve as the primary liaison for the Dean, managing schedules, and acting as an assertive representative of the Dean’s Office. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional who can navigate diverse environments and make sound decisions under limited supervision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Communications, or any relevant field
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in administrative support, office management, or executive assistance
- Highly assertive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under limited supervision
- Proficiency in navigating Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Comfortable and confident to work with foreigners
