Accessibility Tester
Virtualent
As an Accessibility Tester at Virtualent, you will be responsible for testing digital content against digital accessibility standards – set out by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). You will work closely with the QA Tester to ensure the quality and integrity of our internal products at Google.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing digital content against WCAG standards
- Utilizing browser developer tools, debug logs, and ADB commands
- Understanding of W3C standards‑compliant HTML and CSS
- Testing assistive technologies using iOS & Android devices
- Experience with Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools
- Working with assistive technology for accessibility testing (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver (OSX & iOS) and Android Talkback)
- Familiarity with Deque tools (aXe, Assure/Comply or Worldspace)
- Proficiency in using ChromeVox, Voice over, and other assistive tools
