- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Recruit and hire staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Arrange for and oversee maintenance activitiesAddress customers’ complaints or concerns
