Accommodation Supervisor

The Position

The Accommodation Supervisor is a key individual in achieving the goals and quality standards of the housekeeping department. The successful candidate must impact all elements of the department from standards of cleanliness to employee morale, budgetary goals, to inter-departmental relations. Taking responsibility for housekeeping department in the absence of the Manager and to assist the Manager on a day to day basis.

Must have flexibility to work varied shift hours, full time availability and the right to work in Ireland.

The ideal candidate must have:

Previous leadership experience

A strong command of the English language

A proven track record of driving standards in a similar role

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A working knowledge of computers

A hands on approach
