Your day will be all about creating smooth and positive customer experiences, answering questions clearly, and making sure every customer feels supported.

Advanced English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

Good typing and computer skills, including MS Office.

The ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Full-time role with shifts between 10:00 a.m. Monday to Sunday.
