As the first point of contact for accommodation requests, you’ll guide employees through the process with empathy, efficiency, and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
+ Partner directly with employees to review medical documentation and determine reasonable workplace accommodations
+ Manage a high-volume caseload (~150–180 cases), balancing priorities and deadlines
+ Deliver clear, confident presentations to HR leaders, executives, and employer groups
