This role involves extensive responsibilities, including managing client communication, file organization, and detailed policy administration. You will work closely with the Complex Risks Unit, ensuring all tasks from invoicing to negotiations are executed efficiently and with utmost detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage both digital and physical client files precisely
• Ensure timely communication with clients on renewals
• Conduct policy proofing and detailed account management
• Oversee compliance and expiry monitoring for submissions
• Engage in market negotiations and respond to information requests
Requirements:
• RIBO license is a must
• 2-3 years of relevant commercial insurance experience
