About the job Account Executive (Full Set Account)
Company Background:
We are representing our client which is in F&B industry. As they are growing, they are looking for an Account Executive to join them.
Responsibilities
- Ensure payments are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Solve discrepancy between purchase order and invoice
- Monitor backlog invoices and give direction to teams to drive down the backlog number accordingly
- Review report and vendor reconciliation and act on overdue open items
- Responsible for ensuring KPIs for Accounts Payable are met, these include timely processing and payment of invoices.
- Develop action plans to help the team to achieve KPI.
Job Requirements
- Professional Qualifications i.e. ACCA/CPA/MIA, Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years working experience in a finance managerial position, preferably in related industry
