Mainly responsible for ensuring sufficient acquired properties from institutions, network and direct sellers

Duties and Responsibilities

A. Relationship Management

• Maintain relationships with financial institutions with the intention of securing regular acquisition from institutional sources.
• Point person is updating government (national and local) related laws, rules and regulations that might affect the company’s operations.
• Trailblaze in terms of getting contacts with banks and other financial institutions.
• Ensuring relationships with the above will have a huge impact on the entire company’s operations.

B. Network Building

• Together with the VP-Business Development, create plans and strategies to recruit and retain acquisition networks (agents & tipsters).
• Trailblaze network building on new areas or untapped areas.
