Account Management Performance Analyst

We are looking for an Account Management Performance Analyst to be based in Bangsar South, KL. This role will report to the Lead, Account Management Performance in the Commercial department. The department generally is responsible for managing relationships with key partners and achieving key commercial KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Project management: end‑to‑end ownership of all projects that involve the AM team
• Performance management: ensuring commercial OKRs and AM team KPIs are achieved, with deep dives to optimize performance
• Analytics: analyze data sets to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and improve overall commercial performance
