As Account Management Specialist you will be responsible for day‑to‑day monitoring and supporting the work of customer service representatives (Inorganic Staff). You will oversee and assist customer service representatives in the performance of their job duties such as responding to customer inquiries, shipment monitoring, and resolving issues or complaints. You will coordinate other customer service daily activities and a variety of tasks relative to your assigned area of responsibility.
