Opportunity Description
Description We are looking for an Account Manager to join a team in Charlotte, North Carolina in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This position supports client-facing retirement plan administration activities and is ideal for someone who can combine relationship management with strong operational accuracy. The role will work closely with employer-sponsored plan activity, participant transactions, and payroll-related contribution processes while delivering responsive service to business clients and stakeholders.
