The Role

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager - Digital & Social to lead day-to-day client relationships and oversee the delivery of social media campaigns across some of the biggest names in sport.

This hybrid role blends client account management with social media strategy. You’ll be the driving force behind delivering campaigns from concept to execution ensuring performance and creativity go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Establish strong and trusted relationships with agency clients, and take an active role in understanding their businesses, brands and objectives and how the agency impacts the business

  • Act as a primary delivery point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships across key stakeholders

  • Manage client expectations around timelines, deliverables, and scope, escalating to Account Directors as needed
