Dojo is a leading payment processor for in‑person commerce in the UK.

The Role

We’re expanding our Account Management team to serve our Enterprise customer base. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll own the end‑to‑end experience for high‑value clients, driving satisfaction, renewals, expansion, and advocacy.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact mainly via telephone and email
  • Understand customer needs and ensure they receive the best product fit
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, support, and other processes across teams
  • Provide feedback on customer engagement to improve products and services
  • Maintain regular communication on account health, usage trends, and satisfaction, maximizing expansion opportunities
