Overview
Account Manager is expected to maintain and expand our client relationships. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, building strong rapport with clients, understanding their needs, proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products or services, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Sales Manager.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives to effectively offer tailored solutions.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas within your assigned client portfolio.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
