Mid-Market Account Manager
Mid-Market Account Manager to oversee the relationships of Maxis with its Mid-Market clients in Southern Region – Melaka, obtaining and maintaining long‑term key customers and promoting Maxis solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and formulate strategic and tactical plans for a larger market portfolio.
- Ensure KPI and goals of hunting accounts are met.
- Build market position by identifying potential business deals and building close relationships with new customers.
- Provide and screen data/information for potential business deals by analysing market strategy, examining risks and financial accuracy for business decision making.
- Protect organization’s value by keeping company information and tender confidential.
- Grow account depth and breadth and assist collection team on customers’ aging.
