Opportunity Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team in the Portuguese Market. The role is responsible for being the first point of contact with existing customers, answering queries, and increasing client satisfaction.
The Role
- Identify upsell opportunities and generate minimum revenue from each client.
- Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls.
- Provide after‑sales support to retain customers.
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries.
- Recognize and proactively report trends, potential weaknesses and help find the best solution to improve customers’ journeys and our product.
