Account Manager – Portuguese Market
We are looking for an Account Manager in the Portuguese Market to join our Customer Experience team. The role involves acting as the first point of contact with existing customers, answering their queries and increasing client satisfaction. You will be responsible for retaining a specific portfolio of clients, creating long‑term relationships with them, understanding their processes and problems, and detecting product improvements and upsell opportunities.
