Job Title: Account Relationship Manager

Location: NorthYork, Ontario, Canada – Hybrid (3 days in office)
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 CAD + commission, depending on experience and qualifications (per Canada legislation payment requirement)
Position Summary
The Account Relationship Manager is a key member of the Client Services team, responsible for building strong, long‑term relationships with Volanté’s enterprise and mid‑market clients. The role serves as the main point of contact post‑implementation, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and value realization through proactive engagement, business reviews, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
