We’re looking for an Account Manager to join us at MediaValet. This role is open to candidates across Canada, with a preference for PST or EST time zones, though we remain flexible for the right candidate.
The Role
As an Account Manager at MediaValet, you’ll be a trusted partner to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our DAM platform. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, provide day-to-day support, and identify opportunities to deepen relationships. Your role is critical to driving customer satisfaction and retention, while contributing to MediaValet’s overall success. Reporting to Manager, Account Management, you’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
