Account Payable Freelance

For one of our client, we are looking for an Account Payable Freelance in Brussels

- Monthly closing activities (pre-closing tasks, intercompany, etc.)

- Monitor the accuracy/completeness of assigned accounts, including suspense accounts

- Follow-up on specific accounts

- Handling invoices in our applications (holds, rejects, corrections, manual accounting, etc.)

- Handling reminders, enquiries, etc.

- Managing specific generic mailboxes

- Handling requests for urgent payments, VAT payments, etc.

- Point of contact for branches, for integration projects, senior management, etc.

- Bachelor's degree with an accounting orientation

- You have 3-5 years experience, working with accounting rules

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel )

- You are Trilingual FR-DU-EN
