Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reach out to candidates and employers through phone calls, email, and SMS for interview coordination and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain good relationships with employer partners.
• Monitor hiring performance and help improve recruitment results and metrics.
• Support candidate placements to achieve KPIs and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Recommend suitable job opportunities and explain the benefits of each role.
• Review candidate profiles and resumes to match them with available openings.
