Account Supervisor

We are working with a full-service, proudly independent, strategic and award winning creative agency based in Toronto. They are looking for for a bilingual Account Supervisor with strong CRM experience to join their Account Management team and support them on multiple clients. This role will report into the Group Strategy Director.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years experience in account management and/or project management
• Successful track record of delivering marketing/advertising work across a variety of CRM projects specifically for email, newsletter, social and digital.
• Strong hands‑on CRM experience is a must, with a clear understanding of how CRM programs are developed, executed, and optimized
• Ability to lead internal agency cross‑functional teams, timelines, deliverables and budgets
