Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support accurate financial recordkeeping. This role is responsible for maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, processing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with payroll, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and experienced in accounting software and bookkeeping best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Record financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records

+ Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts

+ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

+ Prepare and issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments

+ Process payroll or support payroll administration

+ Maintain expense records and assist with budget tracking

+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
