Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, crew reimbursements, and cash advances accurately and on time
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of payment requests and supporting documentation
- Prepare and execute payments through checks, bank transfers, and electronic payment platforms
- Monitor and analyze accounts payable aging and recommend necessary adjustments
- Prepare accounting analyses, reconciliations, and financial schedules
- Handle withholding tax computations and issuance of BIR certificates to suppliers
