Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to provide financial clarity, control, and insight that supports sound business decision-making at Real IPM. The Accountant ensures financial integrity and compliance while acting as a trusted partner to management. By maintaining accurate records and financial processes, the Accountant enables the business to operate with agility, transparency, and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable and Receivable Management
Accurately process and monitor supplier invoices and customer payments. Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, manage credit terms, and follow up on outstanding balances to support healthy cash flow.
General Ledger and Cash Book Oversight
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and daily cash book entries. Ensure transactions are correctly recorded and aligned with internal accounting policies.
