Job Description
- Handling full sets of accounts
- Meets month end closing and reporting deadlines
- Liaise with external auditor for statutory audit
- Prepare audit schedules and handling audit issues (if any)
- Provide information to tax agent for tax filling of annual returns and tax enquiries
- Liaise with corporate secretary for preparing annual returns, resolutions and other corporate secretarial matters
- Liaise with bank on operational issues and lawyer on legal matters
- Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
