Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and other reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
- Develop budgets and track actual performance against those budgets
- Monitor cash flow, develop forecasts, and manage accounts receivable/payable
- Maintain records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Provide guidance on tax compliance issues
- Ensure compliance with government regulations
- Ensure accuracy of data entry into accounting system for all transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of GAAP principles & tax regulations
