Responsibilities
- Record, review, and maintain accurate books of account.
- Track, monitor, and analyze all company income and expenses on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and classification of expenses and revenues.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor cash flow, operating costs, and budget utilization.
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing required financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions and reports.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and safekeeping of all accounting records.
