Responsibilities
- Review and prepare Disbursement Vouchers (DVs) for suppliers, reimbursements, cash advances, salaries, allowances, honoraria, partner agencies, retention, and remittances.
- Ensure supporting documents are complete, valid, and compliant with government accounting rules.
- Coordinate with requesting units and agencies to resolve discrepancies.
- Record and verify transactions including salaries, allowances, bonuses, PERA/ADCOM, honoraria, and other benefits
- Review entries for accuracy, completeness, and proper financial controls.
- Make adjustments or reclassifications as needed.
