Overview
Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded. Ensure the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Assist with budget preparation and budget reviews, and manage basic office administrative tasks.
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Create and update expense reports.
- Organize and maintain a filing system for all financial documents.
- Contribute to improving financial processes for Santeh Feeds Corporation, a prominent wholesaler and distributor in the Visayas region.
