Job Description
- Create and send billing statements.
- Ensure all the information is correct in billings in line with the contract and what we have delivered.
- Ensure verification and readiness of the supporting documents with billings, getting them printed/approved/signed before we submit them to customers.
- Responsible for monitoring of resolution if there is any errors or disputes related to billings.
- Ensure invoices are delivered to customers punctually and acknowledgements are signed and returned by customers.
- Filing, and other Accounting duties/tasks/projects as assigned.
- LDPC Reporting
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent.
- With more than two (2) years of experience in travel management or a related field
