We’re excited to announce that we’re looking for a talented Accounting Assistant to join our fun, transparent, and collaborative team!

• Controls and records all the post-dated checks from clients necessary for the financial operation of the company;
• Responsible in the processing of accounts payable and makes summary thereof including check preparation;
• Responsible in the recording of cash/check vouchers in cash disbursement book;
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated sales and collection report;
• Prepares aging of account receivable to monitor the outstanding obligation of Mercury Drug Corporation;
• Encodes the cash/check voucher in QuickBooks;
• Process the monthly stock transfer from Mercury Drug Corporation, sa...
