We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to support daily financial operations for a manufacturing organization. This contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working onsite and can contribute across both payables and receivables while helping maintain accurate records and timely processing. The person in this role will work a regular schedule and provide dependable accounting support during a short-term assignment expected to last 30 to 60 days.
Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable activities, including reviewing invoices, assigning appropriate coding, and preparing payments on schedule.
• Support accounts receivable tasks by tracking incoming payments and helping keep customer accounts current and accurate.
