The person in this role will contribute to day-to-day accounting operations while helping maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance across payroll and payables activities.

• Handle the full cycle of accounts payable activities, including entering invoices, reviewing expense submissions, and preparing vendor disbursements for processing.
• Review and process payment-related documents such as invoices, vouchers, and supporting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and examine weekly certified payroll documentation to support compliance with prevailing wage requirements at the state and federal levels.
