We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join our Branded division in Fullerton. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term growth potential within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The Accounting Clerk will support daily accounting operations, order processing, billing activities, and various administrative and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities
Weekly Order Processing & Billing
+ Enter and receive purchase orders from various customers
+ Coordinate purchase orders with suppliers and third-party freight carriers
+ Confirm deliveries and process invoices to customers
+ Maintain weekly billing logs and sales boards
+ Assist with sales reporting and credit/aging reports
