Accounting Clerk – Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of debits and credits, invoicing processes, and general accounting principles. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.


Key Responsibilities


Process and record financial transactions accurately using proper debits and credits

Prepare, review, and manage customer and vendor invoicing

Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and general ledger entries

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Support month-end closing activities

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing or accounting records

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
