Accounting Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to support a mission-driven organization in Addison, Texas through a Long-term Contract engagement. This role will oversee core accounting operations, maintain the accuracy of financial records, and help ensure timely reporting across multiple sources of revenue and disbursement activity. The ideal candidate brings strong month-end close expertise, sound judgment in general ledger management, and the ability to guide day-to-day accounting work while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries across routine and adjusting transactions to keep the general ledger complete and accurate.
• Oversee accounts payable activity, including reviewing invoices, coordinating supporting documentation, and ensuring timely disbursement of approved payments.
