Opportunity Description
- Oversees the company's daily accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and staff supervision.
- Ensure accuracy in financial data, maintain compliance with regulations, and assist with budget preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting - Preparing accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, profit and loss statements).
2. Daily Operations of Accounting Department - Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting tasks.
3. Compliance - Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards and managing internal/external audits.
4. Team Management - Supervising, training, and mentoring accounting staff.
5. Process Improvement - Developing and implementing internal controls, policies, and efficient accounting procedures.
