Summary
Spire is seeking a Manager, Accounting that will focus on coordinating many activities within the Accounting department to ensure accurate and timely reporting of key components of the Company’s financial statements, completing management reporting variance explanations, and providing key work papers to support the external financial reporting team. This job is responsible for maintenance of quality control standards around the preparation of journal entries and work papers and the review of such work products to support the consolidated monthly financial statement process. Will oversee Capital and O&M projects and their entire lifecycle; collaborate with other functional areas, including but not limited to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Operations Controller, Pipeline Management, Organic Growth, Customer Experience, and Regulatory.
