Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join a hybrid team in Brentwood, Tennessee on an interim/contract basis. This role will provide leadership across core accounting operations, supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, proven leadership experience, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, account reconciliations, and close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Manage the month-end and period-end close process, including review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
