Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• Ensure accuracy of reports, trial balances, and variance analysis
• Oversee tax compliance (BIR) and regulatory reports (BSP)
• Support audits and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team

Job Requirements

• Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and managing Journal Entries.
• Experience with Fixed Assets accounting and asset management processes.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
