Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-endaccounting operations : GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory, and month-end/year-end close
• Prepare and reviewfinancial statements in accordance with PFRS
• Ensure fulltax compliance : BIR filings (VAT, EWT, ITR), tax reconciliations, and audits
• Managestatutory reporting and compliance with SEC, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
• Overseebudgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Strengtheninternal controls , policies, and audit readiness
• Partner with operations and management oncost control, profitability analysis, and decision support
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team
• Coordinate withexternal auditors, banks, and regulators
