Payrate: $40.00 - $45.00/hr.

- Key accounting contact for several significant profit/cost sharing collaborations with other large pharma companies.
- This person will participate heavily within both internal and external cross functional teams in order to analyze shared revenues/costs and resolve collaboration issues.
- Will often establish and/or recommend changes to the process for sharing profit/cost data with the corporate partners.
- Will also need to be detail oriented in reviewing agreements and be able to interact well with legal personnel to interpret clauses where disputes exist.
- Additional responsibilities will include preparing and recording journal entries, preparing all invoices and settlements in accordance with the terms of the partnership agreements, maintaining account/variance analyses for the related balance sheet and income statement...
