Job Description

The Accounting Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, preparation of accounting reports, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions (AP, AR, General Ledger)
• Prepare journal entries, schedules, and supporting documents
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including billing and collections
• Ensure compliance with BIR requirements, including tax filings and reports
• Assist during internal and external audits
