Job Description
- Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and processing invoices.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation for audits and compliance with tax regulations.
- Accounts Management: Handle accounts payable and receivable, monitor aging reports, and ensure timely payment processing and collections.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), Excel, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
- Personal Attributes: Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
