Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data to support budget preparation.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize accounting software to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Currently taking a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, and etc.
• Knowledgeable in Google Suites
